Melissa Knox

Audit Director

Melissa is the mom of two beautiful girls. They constantly teach Melissa and her husband the importance of family and how to enjoy the little things in life. As Audit Director, Melissa is responsible for all audit, review, attestation, and compilation services. Melissa’s experience with various client industries allows her to provide the tools and services her clients need to improve and grow their businesses.

Kyle Strauss

Tax Director

Kyle is a devoted husband and girl dad with a professional baseball background overseas and a passion for coaching. Kyle works with privately held businesses and individuals to deploy creative tax and financial planning strategies. Kyle is also responsible for tax preparation services.

Jud Beecher

Accounting Director

As a licensed attorney, CPA, and QuickBooks online expert, Jud enjoys teaching and solving complex client issues as it grants him a sense of fulfillment to make an impact on the lives of others. Jud enjoys playing vintage video games and spending time with his family when he isn't reviewing your books. Jud is responsible for the accounting department.

Steven Sills

IT Director

When he’s not chasing his Great Dane around the yard, Steven loves spending time with his son and wife. Steven brings various IT expertise to the firm, including infrastructure design and installation, cloud services, managed IT services, and user support.

Jon Czerwinski

CEO

Jon is a twin dad who loves spending time outdoors. When he’s not camping or hiking up mountains with his family, Jon enjoys working with clients to help solve problems, mitigate risks, and achieve business goals. Jon’s mission is to have a positive impact on everyone.
